We store your answers to this questionnaire, including how you prefer to be contacted and, only if you choose email or text, your contact detail. Besides authorized Lodge reviewers, a small number of technical administrators who maintain MasonBrain can access stored records to keep the system running; they do not review or use your answers.
It can be seen by Lodge reviewers authorized for #1000125 (members with read access who are officers or approvers); reviewers see your contact detail only partly masked. It is not published, and approving it gives no access or role. It is not used by any AI tool.
Withdrawing means your contact detail is removed from the live record immediately; backups expire on their own schedule. Withdrawing also removes the entry from reviewers' view. Entries are kept until the Lodge deletes them; there is no automatic expiry. Any correction, and any deletion, happens on request via the Lodge Secretary and is handled manually.
